Framed By Uncle Sam
You can say what you want about this, but the facts are: My attorney, T. David Katsumes, (who was living in Elgin, IA at the time) told me that he wouldn’t fight for me in a trial (Conflict of Interest). He also told me that he wouldn’t contact my Alibi witness whom the other Defendant admitted guilt to for the robbery before it even happened (Ineffective Assistance of Counsel). The Fayette County Courthouse wouldn’t allow me to have a different attorney when I told them about this in writing (Corruption and Obstruction of Justice). There’s no video tapped evidence of who might have done the robbery because the camera in the gas station was left off during the robbery (Lack of Evidence). The Fayette County Police Dept. tampered with the witnesses so that their statements were similar in nature to the statements given by the police (Conspiracy and Tampering with Witnesses). I had no motive because I had money and was from a business family (Burden of Proof and Reasonable Doubt). Furthermore, when I was sentenced I was given a public offender, Linda Del Gallo, as an appeals attorney. When I told her what happened, she had no interest in representing me and immediately abandoned my case. Attorney Patrick Wegman picked up my case and failed me miserably by breaking all of the rules and badly misrepresenting me. Attorney Linda Hall picked up my case from there and argued the points above in my favor to the best of her ability in her appellate brief. Margaret Lingreen was the Judge and she completely ignored all of the facts presented in Hall’s appellate brief and granted summary judgment in the State’s favor. My lawyer Linda Hall gave up on me at this point because she realized the futility of trying to defend someone when the courts are so corrupt that they’ll ignore the law by completely ignoring any defense that is presented to them in the defendant’s case. I believe that Hall actually tried, but what could she do in the face of all of this corruption? So Margaret Lingreen’s summary judgment went unchallenged because of this.
